Entry Method
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To enter, share the Destined to Win Book Launch Facebook Live event held January 2, 2017, at 2:00PM EST from Kris Vallotton’s Facebook fan page accessed at www.facebook.com/kvministries with your Facebook friends or followers to complete your entry (“Entry”). By taking this action, you will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. You will be notified by Facebook direct message whether you have been selected as a Giveaway winner. Failure to respond and accept the prizes within 48 hours will nullify your eligibility as a winner. Failure to share accurate postal address and contact information required to facilitate shipment of the prizes will nullify your eligibility as a winner.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States eighteen (18) years of age and older as of January 1, 2017, excluding employees and immediate family members of BETHEL, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled. Offer void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Each entrant in the Giveaway must be the rightful holder of the Facebook account shared after selection as a winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the holder of the Facebook account, the holder will be deemed to be the person who owns the Facebook account according to the records of Facebook. The Facebook account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Giveaway.
Entry Period
The Giveaway will commence on January 2, 2017, 9:00 a.m. (PT). The last entry will be accepted January 3, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. (PT).
Selection & Notification of Winners
Ten potential winners will be selected by a random drawing from among the eligible entries. Potential winners will be chosen by BETHEL no later than one week after campaign end date. Potential winners will be notified by Facebook direct message, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Release (the “Affidavit”). If a potential winner does not respond and/or return the Affidavit, if requested, within 7 days of delivery the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen.

Estimated retail value of all prizes: $3,000
The prizes will be awarded, provided there are at least ten eligible entries. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. In the event that a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash payment of equal or greater value.
Conditions
By participating, entrants affirm that they have read these Official Rules, agree to be bound by them and the selection of the winner, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway and/or these Official Rules. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, biography, and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
The entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless BETHEL and Facebook, and their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, attorneys, representatives and agents, including advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from any and all liability or damages arising from the administration of the Giveaway and the use or misuse of any prize received in this Giveaway, including, without limitation, the following: (i) late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or unintelligible entries, (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway, (iii) any damage to the entrant’s computer, related equipment, data files, and software resulting from entrant’s downloading of information regarding the Giveaway or participation in the Giveaway, and (iv) any personal or other injury resulting from use and enjoyment of the prizes.
BETHEL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Giveaway should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond BETHEL’s control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway. BETHEL may prohibit you from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of BETHEL.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, IN SUCH EVENT, BETHEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ITS REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be determined according to the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in the State and County of New York over them and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
